NAB Show Conference, On-Floor Programs, and More

Proposals and abstracts for conference sessions, keynotes, roundtables, exhibition floor theaters, speakers and more are now being accepted for multiple programs within NAB Show!

Submission Deadline: Friday, November 15, 2019

This is your chance to bring your expertise to the world’s largest media, entertainment and technology tradeshow. If you have a success story, exciting case study or an amazing project to share, we want to hear from you!

For 2020, we are accepting submissions for a number of our Floor Theater educational pavilions as well as select tracks within the NAB Show Conference (formerly the Conference Flex Program).

The NAB Show Conference will feature a number of topics across three key themes: Creation & Production, Distribution & Monetization, and Content & Consumption.

  • All submissions are required to include a selection of one or more of the Key Topics listed.
  • NAB Show is committed to ensuring diverse representation exists within our programs. Our content team and our partners are building the 2020 NAB Show programs to reflect diverse points of view and experiences. To help reach this goal, our approach to speaker selection and invitations will support recruiting a diverse lineup of thought leaders and subject matter experts. 
  • Proposals promoting company products or services will not be considered; however, proposals explaining the underlying technologies used in broadcast products or services will be considered. For details on sponsored session availability, contact NAB Show Exhibit Sales.
  • If you represent and are submitting for a speaker, confirm their availability PRIOR to submitting for them.
  • Incomplete proposals will not be considered. No exceptions.
  • Proposals must be submitted by November 15, 2019. Submitters will be notified of their status by Friday, January 10, 2020.

Other Speaking Opportunities

  • The Broadcast Engineering and IT Conference is also accepting technical papers considering the pressing issues facing today’s media professionals, including the ongoing transition to IT and IP-based systems. Learn more and submit your paper for consideration for this program.
  • NAB Show is also accepting abstracts from manufacturers, service providers, vendors, exhibitors and sponsors for paid thought leadership opportunities both on the floor and in conference programs at the show.
